Open Question: I recently purchased a new computer and AIM won't connect. I uninstalled all pre-installed security programs..

I am 17 years old who moved to canada from the caribbean a few months ago for uni so i dont have parents who can just put my name under their insurance plan so that i would only have to pay $1000 or so a year

Because of this my uncle who is an in law said he will put me under his plan so here is the problem. Since i dont live in his house, province and am not blood related to him would he still be able to do so? My dad is using this as an excuse to prevent me from getting a car so i just want to make sure if there is a posiblity before bothering to check with a professional and getting my lisence.

Open Question: will a blog show as easily as a web site when someone is searching for a particular thing?

If someone is searching for something like auto parts; will a blog show up in their search just as a web site page would? What do I need to know about this? I'm looking for the most economical way of creating a business and selling things by drop shipping. This means that I don't have a warehouse. I just want to supply information of where somone can get something.
