Open Question: how can I set Auto-CAD system variables to defualt?

I could use some input on PC safety

Current config:
Windows XP Home SP2 auto-update enabled
PC is wired to wireless router w/WPA2 encryption that connects to DSL
AdAware scan shows only tracking cookies, all deleted when detected
Windows Firewall is on, all exceptions are programs I'm familiar with. That is, there is nothing in the list that I didn't know about.
I also use Norton for virus/firewall. I'm virus free and my definitions are updated.
Windows Firewall is ALWAYS on. Norton Firewall is on 99% of the time too, though I occasionally turn it off when I have firewall conflicts with software. At a minimum Windows Firewall is on constantly.
I use some P2P/torrent software, but never download anything suspicious. I also scan everything I download, and don't share files.

I don't have any reason to believe that my PC has been compromised, I've just got some stuff on there I don't want people to ever see.

Do I need to worry about people accessing my PC/looking at my data

Open Question: I own a car and am paying 16% APR. anyone know if banks are willing to re-negotiate the int rate?

i just got the car like 6 months ago but i think the int. rate is rediculously high!! dont know why it didnt click on me til now how high 16% is...the Lender was AMERICREDIT........do banks re-negotiate or would i have to go through the auto-refi?
