TORONTO, Nov 12 - Canadian auto parts maker Magna International is planning to build a $500-million plant in Russia to assemble Chrysler vehicles, according to reports in the Russian media on Monday.

Advance Auto Parts Inc. declared a regular quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share. The auto parts retailer said Thursday it will pay the dividend on Jan. 4 to shareholders of record on Dec. 21.
